Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Example: The Steppe Jodphurs Breeches are processed in 4-8 weeks.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by the destination country.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tolstoydacha.com, including photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
